One of these actions were observed:
 
  • During the transaction at the Payment Provider (mollie.com), something went wrong and the transaction was abandoned, or you canceled the transaction.
  • You received an Invoice with Status "Payment Failed".

Status "Payment Failed" indicates that the payment transaction was aborted BEFORE money was withdrawn from the selected Payment Method. However, you ordered the products and you received an Order Confirmation with the status "Waiting for Payment", so you must complete the transaction successfully.

In order to complete the transaction, log in to your Account, go to the Menu "Account Info" and select the Tab "Orders".  Here you can see your order history. Check for the order with Status "Payment Failed" and select "Reorder" in the "Add to cart" column. You can now proceed to Checkout again and complete the payment process.
